DAY 2: Meeting with Bel&Bo and brainstorming
Meeting with the first company: Bel&Bo
We visited the offices of the company BEL&BO in order to do a user test of the product and interview some members of the staff. BEL&BO is a clothing company in Kortrijk and is a potential customer for the desk. The employees work in a big open space, surrounded by a lot of people all day. Using this desk could allow them to take some distance with the office to work in the nature and develop their creativity.
Two employees came with us to try the prototype and made several observations which are going to help us to improve the product.
We observed these two women using the prototype and noticed that a lot of improvement is needed.
