Communication and marketing propositions : SOCIAL MEDIAS & WEBSITE


Analyse of the current Website and Social medias + propositions.


The website:




This is very good that a website already exists. The problem is it doesn't really represent the company or the spirit of the product. On the internet the user never loose time to try to understand something that is not obvious at first sight. A website needs to tell a lot information since the very first sight. It is very subjective but to me, this header image makes think about a travel agency or a blog telling experiences about travel. The only information provided by the website are very quick. The different partnerships appear in the first page and a descriptions of one sentence about the product as well. It is not enough and this website doesn't look very professional. it is better to not use it until it will be more complete and coherent.

Propositions:
- Creation of a simple and nice logo. The current one is not bad but the font makes think about something childish or evasive, but the product is meant to be use by professionals. The ideal would be to make something simple, nice supporting the three values of the company : Happiness, serenity and creativity. Not too colorful or with too much elements, something peaceful and nice. (we will try to make a proposition).
- Creation of a corporate design based on the values of the company and matching with the different social media pages.The colors have to match together and be around natural shades and a trendy but serious font type is needed in order to match with the target audience. 
- The header image has to be representative of the values of the company, or at least has to show the product in a clear way and attract people at first look. The logos of the partnerships are good on the first page and give more value to the product but need to be less present to highlight more the company. 
- The website has to have a nice description, longer than on social medias.
- One part of the website: Explanation of the birth of the project until now, with videos, photos and text in order to make the potential customer familiar with the product and see the evolution of this one.
- Other part : Create a world, a community around the product : scientific articles about why is it good to work outside, some stories of the experiences of people with the product. Let a section for the visitor to ask questions, to post photo of their use of the product or to give some advice for improvement. This can create a community that can continue on social media, people like the fact company ask their opinions. We have to present it as an Open-ended design, which can still evolve and be changed by its user.

The Facebook page:


The Facebook page is kind of good-looking. We can see at first sight what is the product, what is it for and what is the spirit of it but there are some difficulties to understand that it is the page of an actual company, a business facebook page. There is no description, so people who don't know the company can't discover it on the social media. A description is needed to attract more people.
The link to the website and to the email address are obvious and the instagram's posts are linked with the facebook account. This is good. Moreover, not enough people like the facebook page, only 57 persons are not enough to do the promotion of a product.

Propositions:
- Put the logo of the company in profile picture and a photo of someone smiling using the product in cover picture. (it is important to see someone using it).
- Create a corporate design for the facebook page to make people see the spirit and the value of the company which are: Happiness, serenity and creativity at first sight.( maybe by the use of natural color and font type which make think about calm and peace in an original way. We will do a proposition about it by the end of the week). The creation of a proper identity for the company is very important.
- Write a creative and attractive description on the facebook page to inform the people who found the page by accident but also the people who were told about the product and want to know more about it.
- Post frequently. The facebook page need to be very active. A plan is needed until the moment the product will be on the market. Example : 1 post every week explaining why is it good to work outside, some user-tests video, some feedback of companies, some photos or videos of the creation of the product... After that, frequent posts are still needed but more about feedback and the development of the product throughout time.
- Find more followers, it can be possible by doing some partnerships with companies sharing the same values which can promote the products, or some health magazines, well-being activities... Moreover, buy some publicity on facebook if it is possible.


The Instagram page


The Instagram page seems very new. There is not much posts but it is interesting to see the evolution of the project since the drawing to the prototype and then photo of a person using it. The different photos match with each other, it give a feeling of peace and joy at the same time thanks to the light and the natural color. There is not a lot of  followers. There is no description neither, someone who doesn't know the concept can't understand what this page is for.

Propositions: 
- Continue with this kind of publications but more often: drawing process, evolution of the product, photo of people using the product... with this kind of color and the same spirit to make the viewer feel the atmosphere of the company, its spirit. Photos has to be creative, artistics...
- Find more viewers and followers. Maybe using more hashtag so people interesting by nature and work in peace can find it more easily and then become a potential follower.
- Make partnerships like in Facebook. 
- A strong, short and attractive description is needed. The product has to be seen as in the trend, fashion, it has to become a need.
